Yinka Adeoye head of Registry at Lagos State Signage and advert Agency (LASAA) says those guilty of defacing the environment will be prosecuted. She said this in response to the recent rise in illegal job vacancy signs that not only constitute an environmental menace but are also an indication of a thriving racket.
