Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Musa Abaji as a new Supreme Court Justice.

This was disclosed in a tweet by the Senate during its plenary Wednesday.

“Senate President, @bukolasaraki reads 2 letters from Mr. President on: 1. Appointment of Honorable Justice Musa Abaji as the justice of the supreme court of Nigeria,” the Senate tweeted.
